Who we are

The PTO App is a WarpedEDU product. WarpedEDU is a DBA (“doing business as”) of Warped Technologies LLC — a small, independent studio. This policy covers theptoapp.com, the site you're reading right now, and the beta signup that lives on it.

What the beta signup collects

The only personal information we collect through this site is what you type into the beta signup form: your name, email, the school you're with (if you share one), your role, and an optional message. Alongside that, we automatically log two small technical details when you submit it — the page that referred you here and your browser's user agent — mostly so we can catch spam.

That's it. We don't collect anything beyond what the form itself sends.

Where it goes

Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. A notification email is also sent through Resend to hello@warpededu.com, so a real person sees your message quickly.

The demo

The phone you can tap right on this site — and the fullscreen version at /demo/ — is a complete illusion, on purpose. Every RSVP, chat reply, donation, survey vote, and wishlist claim you make in it happens entirely inside your own browser. None of it is stored anywhere. None of it is sent anywhere. None of it is real. Reload the page and the whole thing resets to the beginning, like it never happened. Tap around as much as you'd like — there's nothing to clean up after.

How we use it

• Only to get back to you about the beta or The PTO App.
• We never sell it, to anyone, for any reason.
• We don't run ads.
• We don't use analytics or tracking cookies anywhere on this site — the demo included.

Retention & deletion

We keep your submission for as long as it's relevant to our conversation with you. Email hello@warpededu.com anytime to see what we have on file for you, or to ask us to delete it. We read every message ourselves.

The PTO App itself

Once you're off this website and into the real iOS app, The PTO App has its own privacy policy, presented to you inside the app.
