Your whole PTO.
One app.
Try it right now — it's live in your browser.
Events, fundraising, volunteer sign-ups, and chat — one place families actually open. No account, no download. The phone isn't a screenshot: give it a tap.
In beta with real schools · iOS TestFlight
That's the app. Here's how your board turns it on.
-
Claim your school
Verify your board and set your school's colors — the app is yours within minutes.
-
Invite families
One link. No accounts to hunt down, no list of emails to import first.
-
Run everything in one place
Events, money, chat, and the paper-flyer stuff — gone digital, and everyone's actually looking at it.
Everything your PTO runs on, in one place
Every pillar below is live in the phone above — tap through and watch it move, not just read about it.
-
Events & RSVPs
Post an event and RSVPs start coming in immediately — Going, Maybe, Can't make it, all in one tap. Open volunteer roles right alongside it, so parents claim a slot the same place they RSVP.

Announcements
Send an announcement once and every family sees it — no hoping the group chat caught it this time. Anything time-sensitive lands on everyone's home screen the moment it's posted.

Fundraising with Stripe
Run a fundraiser with a real progress bar the whole school can watch climb. Donations move through Stripe, so money changes hands safely without the app itself ever touching a card number.

Real-time event chats
Every event gets its own chat, so questions about parking or start times get answered before the day arrives. It's a real conversation between the people actually going — not one more group thread to mute.

Surveys & feedback
Cast your vote in one tap — and the board sees results roll in as they land. No more guessing which Saturday actually works for everyone.

Resource library
Keep meeting notes, the handbook, and this month's permission slip somewhere families can actually find again. One tap to open — no digging back through old emails.
See it in the demo -
Wishlists
Post what your classrooms actually need — supplies, books, a bit of equipment — and let a parent claim the item to cover. No spreadsheet, no reply-all email chain.
See it in the demo -
Sponsors
Feature the local businesses that support your school with a tier and a thank-you families will actually see. A small way to make sponsorship feel like it matters.

Per-school theming
Every school runs the app in its own colors, not a logo pasted onto a template. It's a small detail that makes the app feel like it truly belongs to your community.

Questions, answered
Is it free?
The beta is free to join. We'll announce pricing before the app leaves beta — no surprise charges today.
iOS or Android?
iOS first, through TestFlight, while we're in beta. Android is planned for after launch.
What happens when I click around the demo?
Nothing leaves your browser. Every RSVP, donation, and reply up there is pretend — reload the page and it resets.
How do schools get verified?
Boards apply and confirm their school's details inside the app. We're rolling out stronger verification steps as more schools come aboard — before payments scale, every school gets a closer look.
Can parents join without the board?
The app works best once your board sets it up — that's what unlocks it for your whole school. If yours isn't on it yet, tell your board about the beta.
Who's behind this?
The PTO App is built by WarpedEDU, a Warped Technologies company. More at warpededu.com and warpedtechnologies.io.
Bring The PTO App to your school
Boards get set up first, one school at a time — but parents are just as welcome here. Sign up and give your board a nudge to join too.
